Office hours and fees

You can email me at or call me on +49 (0)911 989 4662.

If you contact me outside of the times below, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I meet with clients on…

  • Tuesdays between 14.00 and 20.30
  • Wednesdays and Thursdays between 09.00 and 20.30.

  • Appointments are one hour long.

Please note:

I will be taking a break from regular office hours during July, August, and September. In general, I will not be seeing clients, answering emails or voice messages for these 3 months this summer. I will not be taking new clients during this time.

However, if you are already a client, I will be available from August 2-5 and September 6-9 for in person, video and telephone appointments. AND, at any point during July, August, and September, if you sense that it is urgent and need to talk with me, send me an email and we will find a time to talk.

Our first meeting

During our first meeting, I want to get to know you a little bit, give you a chance to get to know me, and find out what you are looking for.  After this first meeting, we both reflect on our conversation, and see if it makes sense to work together.

I have a sliding fee scale, from 20€ to 60€, per hour.

Each client decides what is fair for them, between 20€ and 60€, based on their financial situation. For example, a student, someone who is not working, or a single parent, might pay between 20€ to 30€.  Someone who is working full time, takes vacations, goes to restaurants, and has a car, pays 40€ to 60€.

Usually, the first meeting is free, because we haven’t yet agreed to work together. But sometimes, clients find that the first meeting is valuable and want to pay me. It is your choice if you pay for our initial meeting or not.

My fees are low in comparison to other people who offer this kind of service.  I want this to be affordable, so that anyone who wants or needs support can get it.  I keep my expenses to a minimum – I don’t bill for insurance payments, I meet with clients in my office at home, and I avoid paper work  – which means that I can charge less.

I take my work very seriously, and at the same time, I want to keep this relaxed and simple, so I can focus on giving people the attention they deserve.
