Office hours and fees

You can email me at cooper@nuernbergcounseling.com or call me on +49 (0)911 989 4662.

Currently I am having some problems retrieving messages left on my voice mail. If you call me and leave a message and don’t hear back from me, please send me an email.

If you contact me outside of the times below, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I meet with clients on…

  • Tuesdays between 15.30 and 19.30
  • Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8.30 and 19.30.  Fridays between 8.30 and 12.30

  • Appointments are one hour long.

Please note:

I will be away from my office from October 30 to November 13. From November 14 to December 22, I will be seeing clients during my regular office hours-

If you are an existing client and need to speak with me as soon as possible, please get in touch with me and I will do my best to find a time to speak with you.

If you are a new client, send me an email, and I will respond, although it may take several days or even a week or two before I answer your email.

Our first meeting

During our first meeting, I want to get to know you a little bit, give you a chance to get to know me, and find out what you are looking for.  After this first meeting, we both reflect on our conversation, and see if it makes sense to work together.

Fees

I have a sliding fee scale, from 20€ to 60€, per hour.

Each client or couple decides what is fair for them, between 20€ and 60€, based on their financial situation. For example, a student, someone who is not working, or a single parent, might pay between 20€ to 30€.  Someone who is working full time, takes vacations, goes to restaurants, and has a car, pays 40€ to 60€. In most cases, couples pay 40€ to 60€ per session.

Usually, the first meeting is free, because we haven’t yet agreed to work together. But sometimes, clients find that the first meeting is valuable and want to pay me. It is your choice if you pay for our initial meeting or not.

My fees are low in comparison to other people who offer this kind of service.  I want this to be affordable, so that anyone who wants or needs support can get it.  I keep my expenses to a minimum – I don’t bill for insurance payments, I meet with clients in my office at home, and I avoid paper work  – which means that I can charge less.

I take my work very seriously, and at the same time, I want to keep this relaxed and simple, so I can focus on giving people the attention they deserve.
